I worked on the development of our commercial services, marketing and data utilisation. The most notable of our services I was working on are the Notification Channel (SaaS to comply with the whisteblowing directive), our programmes and courses for C-level management and our seminars.

My goal was to find new and more efficient ways of doing things and take them into use for the whole team.

Planning and executing both political- and organisational communications. Media relations, social media & campaigns. Managed the candidate acquisition campaign for the 2021 municipal elections in social media and supervised campaign support for candidates.

The number of our candidates grew by 50%, which was enough for the National Coalition Party to achieve the most candidates under the age of 30 in Finland. The number of our elected councillors grew significantly to 52. The National Coalition Party won the elections.

NoBot (now known as Fam Agency oy) is a creative agency with a strong focus on social media marketing.

I started as an employee 3/2016, as a partner 9/2016 and as a member of the board 8/2017.

I was both a “CFO” and content producer. I managed the budgeting, cash flow forecasting and other financial management, legal contracts etc. As a content producer I created content to social media (photo, video, texts, graphic design), managed customers’ social media channels, managed paid advertising campaigns (Meta, Twitter, LinkedIn). I also took part in strategic planning and sales.

I had the honour to work with companies such as Suomen Messut, Olvi, Sinituote and many others.

I have been working in many election campaigns since 2016 as a campaign manager / communications manager or in a similar position & helped many others as well.

Matias Pajula
Municipal elections 2017: elected as deputy member to the Helsinki city council with 585 votes. No other candidate in Finland under the age of 20 got as many votes.
Parliamentary elections 2019: 2122 votes, not elected. Extremely good result for a 20-year-old.
Municipal elections 2021: elected to the Helsinki city council with 1377 votes. The most votes for a non-MP within the National Coalition Party’s list.

Elina Valtonen
Parliamentary elections 2023: Elected with record-breaking 32 406 votes in the electoral district of Helsinki. It’s the all-time record for personal votes obtained in Helsinki and 6th in the whole country.
